Member Story: Rhonda B.

Rhonda, a school bus driver and Member for 28 years, appreciates how the Credit Union has supported her and her family over the years.

When she unexpectedly became the guardian of her niece, it  came with some financial challenges. “One day, I came to the Torrance Branch crying because I had some expenses come up that I wasn’t planning for. At the time, I wasn’t sure what to do.” The Torrance team was able to provide a low-rate personal loan to help fill her immediate need. “They found a solution for me and I felt like things would get better.”

Rhonda also tells everyone she meets, “You definitely need to change where you are banking. This is such a good place to have your money.”

“The Credit Union is like family to me. Anytime I need help, I know they are there for me. Being a SchoolsFirst FCU Member has completely changed my life.”
